Todd Cleveland was a standout wide receiver for the UCF Golden Knights during the mid-1990s. In 1996, he recorded 59 receptions for 745 yards and six touchdowns, showcasing his big-play ability and versatility on the field. His contributions were instrumental in UCF's transition to Division I-A football, providing a reliable target for quarterback Daunte Culpepper and helping to elevate the team's offensive capabilities.
