Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is received.

A $10 flat shipping fee applies to all orders under $30 within the United States.

Free shipping is automatically applied to all orders of $30 or more.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

Exception: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a replacement, please email us at duesumthingllc@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or defective item.

For returns/refunds, Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
